Our menu pays homage to beloved British dishes, prepared and elevated with the same care and integrity that we bring to our flagship restaurant, Core.
 

Highlights include Dover sole Fish and Chips with lobster mousse and an unmissable Sherry Trifle. There is also a dedicated potato side menu inspired by Clare’s love of potatoes, shaped by her childhood growing up on a farm in Northern Ireland.

We work closely with exceptional farmers, growers, and fishermen across the UK. The season’s finest ingredients are transformed through thoughtful technique into dishes that embody the comfort of British cookery.

Our talented senior team comes directly from Core. Head Chef Gary will lead the kitchen, while Restaurant Manager Lynn will oversee the restaurant. They are joined by Head Sommelier Valentin, who will curate the wine programme in collaboration with Master Sommelier Gareth Ferreira. Guests will also be greeted by other familiar faces from the Core family.

The Cellar Room is nestled next to our wine cellar, creating an intimate space and hideaway. It’s ideal for special occasions or private celebrations, comfortably seating eight guests.
